Rethinking Heroes/heroines in the Quest for Liberation War heritage in Independent Zimbabwe

Brian Maregedze recently completed his Master’s Degree in African History at the University of Zimbabwe where he was also a Graduate Teaching Assistant. He holds a B. A Special Honours degree in History and B.A Major in History and Religious Studies all from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also an author of high textbooks, mainly History and Family & Religious Studies. His research interests are in migration history, urban transport and history of nationalism.
